Bell sleeves and ruffles // what i wore
THE LOOK:
Leith bell sleeve wrap dress in burnt orange floral, faux fur slides
THE PLACE:
Mini overnight getaway to the Skana Spa at Turningstone
WHAT I LOVE:
As is the case with every wrap dress I own, this one is flattering, feminine, and sort of no-fail. I’ve found wrap dresses to be as reliable in pregnancy as they were before—and this one isn’t maternity, just my regular size actually, so I’m looking forward to wearing it forever. I also love that it’s cold weather appropriate so it looks great with booties or with a leather jacket over it.
WHAT I DON’T LOVE:
I’m constantly pulling up the top to make sure my boobs aren’t falling out of it. This also makes wearing a bra difficult—I’m just wearing the sticky pads without clipping them in the center, or else it would show. I therefore wouldn’t wear this all day to move around and be active, but it’s great for events or dinner out, etc. Also, perhaps if I were to get a tiny button or clip added to the chest, this problem would be easily solved.
