Open safari shirtdress

I love those pieces that somehow strike the perfect balance between structure and flow. It’s easily my favorite way to dress, especially in the spring and summer when breezy materials, even when layered, are a perfect match for hot sunny days and cooler nights. This shirtdress, with its cinched waist, works so well worn open as more of a jacket. And I love this outfit for springtime—hints of summer with the open-toed stacked heels and fun safari colors, but still layered and long-sleeved to stand up to the chillier temps outside. Also—OLD NAVY! It’s been pretty much off my radar for over a decade, but I think I’m converted.
