Pink puffy sleeves and over-the-knees
In transitioning my capsule wardrobe into winter, there were some serious holes to fill. I realized I wanted a couple more sweaters, among a few other things. I had a really specific idea in mind for the fit of the sweater, and in particular, I was looking for bigger sleeves and a relaxed fit, but with more of a fitted bottom hem. I stumbled upon this sweater (from Abercrombie & Fitch, which for many of us is a serious #tbt) and decided to give it a try in both pink and navy. I was blown away by the sweater in person because of not only its perfect silhouette (it's even slightly cropped which makes front-tucking seamless), but its thick, and yet still soft and almost slinky, material. I instantly tried it on over pajamas and wanted to stay in it the rest of the day. In fairly atypical fashion, I decided to keep both the navy and pink versions because it's not everyday you find a sweater that you feel meets your every standard. You can imagine this number (and its navy counterpart) will be on repeat this winter. And as for the over-the-knee socks, those just seemed too warm and cozy to pass up (and I'm glad, because they're suddenly making skirts feel more viable on chillier days).
